What are the hours of operation?                                                                                                                                                                                 
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We will be open all 12 calendar months except for certain federal holidays and some days around the major holidays.  Please check with the center for the scheduled closing dates.

 What ages do you serve?                                                                                                                                                                                          

We will serve students from 6-weeks old to 12-year old.

Where are you located?                                                                                                                                                                                            

We are at the entrance of the Crawford Creek subdivision that is located on the Hereford Farm Road. Our physical address is 703 William Smith Boulevard. We are about a mile from Columbia County Board of Education building. 

What is the Enrollment Process?

1. Submit an enrollment form.
2. Submit a $100 enrollment fee (non refundable).
3. Students will be enrolled on the first come first serve basis under each age group. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we are accepting cash, credit cards, bank drafts and check payments.

Do you have a Georgia Pre-K program?
Yes.  We have received funding for ONE Pre-K Classroom.

Do you offer discounts for families with more than one child enrolled?
Multi-child discounts are available to our families with full-time students.

What if I decide to withdraw my child?
To terminate preschool/childcare services, the parents/guardians must notify the Center Director in writing at least ten (10) working days in advance or pay tuition for the ten days of service in lieu of written notice.

What is your illness policy?
If your child has a fever of 101.0 degrees, is vomiting, or has diarrhea, we ask that you keep your child at home. Any child displaying these symptoms or a symptom of a contagious system such as a rash or a sore throat while at our center will be sent home and may not return the following day.

Can I observe my child’s class?
Parents are always welcome to observe their child’s class.

Do you accept any form of government subsidized childcare?
We participate in the Department of Family and Children’s Services tuition assistance program.

What Meals are provided?
Breakfast, Lunch, and 2 afternoon snacks are provided to our students each day.  Parents must provide formula and/or baby food for infants not yet eating solids.  Breakfast is also provided to our Before School participants and a snack is provided to our After School participants.

How do you select your food menus?
Our menus are planned and approved by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. 

What do I need to bring for my child?
Please bring a change of clothes, including shoes and socks, as well as a blanket for rest/nap times. If your child is not potty trained, you will also need to provide diapers, wipes, and cream. If your child is in the infant class, you must provide all bottles and/or daily food. We ask that parents of toddlers and preschool students also provide a labeled cup for their child for after outside play to ensure hydration.

Do I need an appointment for a tour of the center?
No appointment is necessary between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  All other times, we request that an appointment be made.
